All of our supplies and ingredients. It's an all day job, for two.

Mike chopped, and chopped, and chopped.

We did three batches, that's a lot of tomatoes to skin and chop.

We made 34 jars of salsa, from quarts to 4 oz jars, three batches. Two were mild, one hot (way to hot for me), which Mike thought wasn't quite hot enough!!

Here it is a month later, and there's not much left. I guess we'll have to make more.
